Sound familiar?

Three blockers we see over and over.

Three versions of the same number

Finance, sales, and operations show up on Monday with three different figures. Your team spends hours hand-building spreadsheets that should already be automated.

You migrated to Fabric and nobody knows what's next

You have a powerful tool — what's missing is the plan to unlock its full capabilities without blowing up your Azure bill.

The board wants AI, but Copilot hallucinates

Your board wants AI agents. But on top of messy data, AI makes up numbers — and without governance it can leak confidential information in a chat.

AI is only as reliable as the data that feeds it.

How we work

From where you are, to where you want to be.

A three-step ladder: we diagnose, validate with a proof, and build in production. We don't implement black boxes — we transfer technical capability and autonomy. Enter at whichever step you need.

0101 · Assess

Fabric Clarity Check

Who it's for: You have Power BI or Fabric up and running and something's off: it could be performance, capacity costs, security, or how to approach the migration.

What you get: In 1–2 weeks we audit your environment, and you walk away knowing exactly what to fix and in what order. We map out your roadmap for implementing Fabric.

You finish with a prioritized roadmap for the next 30 days.
0202 · Validate

Fabric Blueprint

Who it's for: Organizations that want to adopt Microsoft Fabric but need to validate the architecture, performance, and cost with their own data before approving a full implementation.

What you get: In 4 weeks we design and test your architecture with one of your real data sources, deliver a working use case, and measure capacity consumption.

You finish with a validated architecture, an estimate of the capacity you'll need, and a technical roadmap to move into implementation. Not just another demo.
0303 · Build

Fabric Accelerator

Who it's for: You have an in-house technical team and want to cross from prototype to production without months of trial and error.

What you get: 8–12 weeks: we design the architecture, guide the implementation, train your team, and hand over so they can scale the platform on their own.

You cut reliance on consultancies by 40–60%. Coming from the Blueprint? 50% of it is credited.

What sets us apart

We don't sell hours. We sell applied technical judgment.

We arrive with context: we understand your architecture, your team, and your goal before writing a single line of code.

What they say

Teams that now run on their own judgment.

1 week → 1 click

“We used to calculate well injection and flow rates by hand, with formulas and macros we rebuilt on every run. Today all that logic is automated in a Power BI report that refreshes on its own: what used to take us a week is now ready in one click.”

Technical Lead · Oil & Gas
From doubt to in-house judgment

“They trained us on our own context, tailored to us. We stopped looking at Fabric from the outside: today we understand which capabilities serve us and how to implement them, and we move forward with confidence without depending on third parties.”

Data team · Banking
−38% capacity usage

“We had migrated our Power BI reports as-is, with the logic trapped in dataflows and notebooks full of bad practices. They audited, measured where the spend was coming from, and guided us through automating it, staying with us along the way. We cut capacity consumption by 38%.”

Head of Data · Steel manufacturing

Frequently asked questions

What does NuData do, and how is it different from other consultancies?

We don't build black boxes: your team builds on its own infrastructure, guided by us, and keeps running it after we leave. Every project has a fixed scope, duration, and price agreed before we start.

How do you work on a project?

We work as a three-step ladder, and you can enter at whichever step you need: first we diagnose your environment (Fabric Clarity Check), then we validate the architecture with a proof on your own data (Fabric Blueprint), and finally we implement it alongside your team (Fabric Accelerator). Each one delivers value on its own, and if you move to the next, part of the investment is credited.

Where can I find service pricing?

Each service has its own page with pricing, scope, and duration based on your team's size. Click the service you're interested in under the How we work section.

Do I need Microsoft Fabric to work with you?

No. If you're on classic Power BI or just evaluating the move, the Fabric Clarity Check starts from where you are today.

Do I have to buy an expensive Fabric capacity to get started?

Not necessarily. The assessment requires no capacity: it reads metadata from what you already have. And you can evaluate Fabric with the 60-day trial. The SKU (F2 and up) gets sized only once there are numbers to justify it.

Can I hire a single step, or do I have to take the whole thing?

You can enter at whichever step you need. Each one delivers value on its own, and if you move on to the next, part of your investment is credited.

Do you work on our own data or with sample data?

On your real environment. The assessment audits your own tenant, and in-company training uses your data, not practice datasets.

When the project ends, are we left depending on you?

No — quite the opposite: the goal is for your team to be self-sufficient. We train on your environment and do a full handover. Reducing dependency on consultancies is part of the method.

Do you serve companies outside Argentina?

Yes. We work with mid-sized companies across Latin America.

Is Fabric right for your company? A guide to help you decide before you migrate.

A practical guide for technology leaders and data directors who are evaluating Microsoft Fabric and want to understand what it includes, what it costs, and what needs to be in place before making the move.

  • What Fabric really is and which external tools it replaces (and which it doesn't).
  • What it should cost based on your company's size and how you'll use it.
  • What you need solved before migrating so consumption doesn't spike from day one.
  • The three questions every data leader should ask before getting started.
